FundacjaRozwojuOpiekiDługoterminowej „TRIVIUM” [“TRIVIUM” Long-Term Care Development Foundation] was established on 11 December 2014 and it has been entered into the National Court Register, entry no.: 0000534378. The Foundation’s seat is Kęty.
Our Mission
In response to the demographic and social phenomena taking place nowadays, an idea has appeared to establish a foundation focusing on solving problems of the elderly, the chronically ill and the physically disabled.
Objectives of the Organization
FundacjaRozwojuOpiekiDługoterminowej „TRIVIUM” [“TRIVIUM” Long-Term Care Development Foundation]conducts its activities to the benefit of the elderly, the chronically ill, the disabled, as well as socially excluded persons. TRIVIUM aims at providing effective support to such persons, both individually and collectively, in every area of social functioning. The Foundation also helps their families by providing effective support in the form of institutional or community aid. It conducts and organizes therapeutic and rehabilitation activities, also using innovative methods. The Foundation promotes a healthy lifestyle as well.
